2023 will be a special year for the ASPRIA Tennis Cup – BCS Trophy. For the first time in its history, the ASPRIA Harbor Club’s ATP Challenger will be played during the first week of Wimbledon.
The appointment on the clay courts of Via Cascina Bellaria is from 2 to 9 July 2023: it is an epochal change: there will no longer be the concurrence of the London qualifiers, which involve almost all the players between the 100th and 200th world position. With the new location, the Milanese tournament will ensure an even better field of participation. The other novelty concerns the prize pool: included in the “Challenger 75” category, it will distribute a prize-money of 73,000 euros, with an increase of 60% compared to the previous year.
Great tennis, therefore, returns to Milan: the appointment is for the qualifiers (2-3 July) and the main draw, starting on Monday 3 July and with the final scheduled for Sunday 9 July.
